1. For language pack flashing only, version inside the phone and language pack file version should be same (refer to Flash_files_LanguagePack description to see correct set of files).
2. If language pack is not available for a particular firmware version you must full flash phone.
3. If you full flash the phone you must flash, firmware + language pack + FFS or MAP (the version for all 3 parts should be same).
